The URR (Uniunea pentru Reconstrucţia României = Union for Romanian
Reconstruction) was a small party without parliamentary representation. In 2004
it was absorbed by the PNT-CD. The symbols are described in article 2 of the
statute; the appendix contains images [1]:
"Semnul permanent al partidului este reprezentat de denumirea completă (scrisă
cu caractere majuscule albe) şi abreviată (scrisă cu caractere majuscule,
portocalii cu contur alb), împreună cu o casă (corp portocaliu cu geamurile,
uşa şi conturul albe) situată în partea dreaptă-sus, elemente încadrate într-o
elipsă albastră înclinată la 30 de grade suprapusă parţial peste o altă
elipsă portocalie înclinată la 170 de grade. Culorile utilizate în semnul
permanent sunt alb, portocaliu (cod RGB [255, 102, 000], cod PANTONE [Orange
021], cod CMYK [0,70,100,0] şi albastru (cod RGB[0,0,153], cod PANTONE [Blue
072], cod CMYK[100,90,0,0]). Semnul permanent al partidului este înfăţişat în
Anexa 1.
Semnul electoral al partidului este reprezentat de denumirea abreviata a
partidului - URR - împreună cu o casă situată în partea dreaptă-sus a
acesteia, amândouă în culoare neagră, încadrate într-o elipsă albă înclinată
la 30 de grade, înscrisă într-un pătrat negru, aşa cum este înfăţişată în
Anexa 2."
My translation:
The permanent symbol of the party consists of the full name (written in white
upper-case letters) and the abbreviated name (written in upper-case letters,
orange with blue contours), together with a house (body orange, windows, door
and contours white), situated in the upper right part, the elements surrounded
by a blue ellipse inclined 30 degrees, partially overlapping another orange
ellipse inclined 170 degrees. The colours used in the permanent symbol are
white, orange (RGB 255/102/0, PANTONE Orange 021, CMYK 0/70/100/0) and blue (RGB
0/0/153, PANTONE Blue 072, CMYK 100/90/0/0). The permanent symbol of the party
is depicted in appendix 1.
The electoral symbol of the party consists of the abbreviated name of the party
- URR - together with a house situated in the upper right part, both of them in
white colour, surrounded by a white ellipse inclined 30 degrees, inscribed into
a black square, as depicted in appendix 2.
